Edgemont is governed by a Home Owners Association and everyone who purchases a home within the community should receive a Covenant document to review and sign as part of the Purchase Agreement.
The Covenant document provides home owners with the practical rules and guidelines for living in harmony with your fellow neighbors and maintaining your property.
If you are renting a home in the community, your landlord should have given you a copy of the Covenants, but in the event this did not happen, you can access the "Covenants Document" link above to understand your responsibilities within the community.
